52 Weeks Saving Challenge

Flexpay 52 Weeks Savings Challenge helps customers set an yearly target. The goal is to save Ksh.78,000 by the end of December. The customer can choose to get back the total saved amount or choose any item from any Flexpay partner merchants. The Ksh. 78,000 is split into manageable mounts both weekly and monthly as follows:
1.  January        1000             250 Weekly
2. February        2000             500 Weekly

  1. March 3000             750 weekly 
  2. April 4000            1000 weekly 
  3. May 5000             1250 Weekly
  4. June 6000             1500 Weekly
  5. July 7000             1750 Weekly
  6. August 8000             2000 Weekly 
  7. September 9000         2250 Weekly
  8. October 10000             2500 Weekly 
  9. November  11000         2750 Weekly
  10. December 12000         3000 Weekly 

Total Ksh. 78,000

How to set Flexpay 52 Weeks Savings Challenge

a) Using the USSD
    1. Dial *384*30# 

  1. Select Option 3 (Flex Chama)
  2. Select the option 52 Weeks Saving
    4. Proceed as prompted 
  3. Make payments until you complete

    b) Using the app (Download at https://bit.ly/3fhmLvs)
    1. Click on Create a goal and name it 52 weeks savings challenge
  4. Choose the goal category that best suits your goal i.e Deal, Flexpay General Deals, Instore
    3. Click on Next and enter the goal details as prompted 
  5. Make payments until you complete
    Note: For the goal, you are not restricted to the amount you can save and for how long as well as the deposit you should begin with. 

How to check out  52 Weeks Savings Challenge
Once you have hit your target, you get a congratulations message. By the end of the year you get the total saved amount with interest upto 7%. The customer is at liberty to choose whether to have the money sent back to their account or provide a different account for Flexpay to make the payment to.

1. How long should I pay?
The goal is set for 12 months, January to December


  1. What if I am not able to hit my target?
    You receive the total saved amount by the end of December

    3. What happens if I surpass my due date?
    There are no penalties, You will receive the total saved amount by the end of December


  1. Can I use the amount paid to top up my booking reserved from the store?

Yes, You only need to call the customer care phone number 0719725060 and request to have the account merged to the store one,
